Could you please elaborate on what exactly you expect YouWave to work with proxy software, such as Charles? This will help us understand more clearly your needs. If users would like Charles to capture the internet traffic of YouWave,will that be a function of Charles instead of YouWave? Or does YouWave have to implement something to support the proxy function?

What about running the proxy thru YouWave itself:
Like downloading a app like ProxyDroid, never tested it... but it could work

update there is also: (Root) Auto Proxy & ASProxy
