just yesterday I found out there is a APK downloader, which apparently downloads of the market itself

You  are correct, but I need to have google chrome installed.

will do it sometime on weekend, I am so far fimiliar and happy with ie.

Another way is to get the market on your phone with the 1-step installer:

- copy the bold line:
%USERPROFILE%\youwave\android apps\AMI-debug-1.1.apk
- right click this link -> https://android-market-installer.googlecode.com/files/AMI-debug-1.1.apk
- click Save Link As...
- Paste the text as filename:

Open YouWave:
- View > Redraw Icons (if running)
- Run Installer from the sidepanel

I have installed angry birds through market and 1games. Not once did it work.
It keeps giving me  =  bla bla bla "has closed unexpectedly".

Same for temple run.

A game that does work is Hanging with Friends though =]
