Hello
I have a pc with a vmware virtual machine installed with Windows 7 and with it the Youwave opens normally, but on another pc also installed vmware with the same config and it is only a black screen, what procedure should I follow to work on another computer?
I tried to clone the virtual machine and open on this pc but still black screen.

Hi,

   I am afraid that we cannot assist you much here. Running YouWave inside a virtual machine is not a supported setting. It may or may not work.
