since im new to android, and smartphone area, can  you guys tell me where to download androids apps.

Google the web for [appname] APK... for example:
Astro Manager APK

or use APK downloader:

On the sidebar, click on "View" then on "Online Content". There you should see "Market" click on it once and follow the steps.
At the end YouWave should restart and you should be able to run Market.

Then you can downloads apps at your will.
