I have got WordFeud to work. I'm looking for other games that you guys have tested. A compiled list of working games would be nice to have anyway. Thanks!

It is already in our road-map. We just need to figure out how to do it. Any suggestions?

Well, any member that plays a multiplayer game with YW, simply list it. Don't know of any really other means.

Well, there could be a special but easy form where users could register their YouWave applications - name, version, is it running on YouWave, small description and rating.

True. Can any moderator or admin build a form? What language would it be in? I could build up a quick one....

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, for sure. We will implement such form. We need to have a backend database to store the data. And a frontend to submit and show the data.

What about a list of games, like the way Android Market does it
A icon with the title and very short discription with rating... When you click on it.... it shows the whole summary with inidividual reviews.... and download links
also it would be nice if that list could be sorted, for example: top games, trending games, new games
And a very nice feature would be if that list was made especially for Mobile Browsers That would make it possible to directly dowload a apk file from within Youwave... via the posted links
It should be self-sustainable, the way wikipedia works... let the community be in control of the lists

We have been back and forth considering building a self-sustainable community. The key issue is how user experience can be ensured.
In the beginning, there will be many junk level apps while popular games are non-existent. The user experience would be bad.
Any suggestions are welcomed.

I have thought of it again, but I think you guys should start building some kind of market... either web-based or app-based... And to ensure user-experience... I would use a layout similiar to the Android Market (because their UI and user experience has already been proven)
Users would than be able to create a account and post new app-titles with app-links and enclosed summaries... when not uploading any apps, they can search for apps, review it, rate it
All the apps would be listed the same way as android market does with there title, rating and uploader-name... when a user clicks on a title, he/she should be faced with these options: - to review - to rate - or mark as spam
They can than read other user reviews and decide wether the application is worth downloading or not.
user-experience probably won't be a big issue, personally I think this is going to add something to the user-experience... a more centralised place for Youwave compatible apps... Because users have to search a lot of popular APKs thru the web and pass via dropbox (Not a very welcoming user experience) AndAppStore doesn't really answer most of our needs, a lot of apps are outdated or simply not what we are looking for:
for example: DropBox one of the most used apps for Youwave... can't be found on AndAppStore WhatsApp still only version 2.6, some newer version tend to be problematic... but come on, were still stuck on 2.6 here? Astro Manager also can't be found There is no decent email app like K-9... and so on....
The software world is changing fast and what's new today, could be outdated tommorow.... A lot of links are scattered over the web... If there was a native mobile-app or mobile-webstore... that could centralize these links that would add alot to the user experience of YouWave No more criss crossing around the web for beginners.... just a very familiar market with all links they need and a simple search box just like it supposed to be
I believe the reason for AndAppStore being so outdated is because it lacks that openess of a selfsustainable community
