Connectiong to internet

Hello sir. So much happy to receive youwave. Feeling great- smartphone on pc.

But I am unable to connect to internet. I have turn off my firewall as well as given full access to youwave in my antivirus-mcafee. Even tried many ways provided in older posts. Yet m unable to connect it to internet. F1 pls..

I m using pppoe internet connection with a modem which is connected to my pc via lan. Os is XP.
My Internet Service Provider is BSNL. I have tried connecting to internet by turning of firewall and even added youwave as exception in windows firewall, but m unable. My Antivirus has gave application full access.....

HAve emailed you. Can u tell me complete process to connect to internet.
I think first have to get ethernet connection and then vpn. correct??
Please provide me step to step process to connect to internet

YouWave's Internet should work out of the box, without any manual work. Most of the users can connect to Internet without any problem.

For you, there must be a problem. It could be a bug in YouWave that manifests itself in your networking environment. You mentioned VPN. Is your local LAN inside a VPN network?

Didn't get you. I use xp. Please could u just provide me step to step guide to connect. how to acquire ethernet connection. what r d settings to be done on computer. step to step complete guide.

It seems that YouWave's networking setting does not work in your pppoe environment.

Can you give some more information to help us debugging?

1. When you double click an app icon, are you able to install and run the app?

2. Click on View->Online Content. Do you see a webpage with a few app icons?
