I've installed youwave and it asks for the product key or continue with trial, after I hit this it says program needs to close I'm  running windows Xp. I've reinstalled it several times and it still does the same thing, I'm lost and just want it working

It is a new bug that happens on XP. We have reproduced this bug and expect to have a fix soon (in 1-2 days).
