Hello,
i'm a new user of Youwave android and i found it useful. but i'm facing a problem while configuring addtional language support, like-Bengali (my native language). Youwave has support for arabic, hebrew etc. but no support for other asian languages like- Bengali, Hindi etc. so i search google and found few tips about enabling those language support under android. they said i need to root my device (youwave is already rooted) and make /system folder read/write enable (because i need to replace default /sytem/fonts/DroidSansFallback.ttf font using my own unicode font). for this i've tried two method to make /system folder read/write enable (because currently it's in read-only mode):
1. using terminal emulator (command)
2. using Root explorer app
but none of them works as it always showing errors like:
folder is read-only
mount: permission not granted
here is the tips i followed:
http://www.android-devs.com/?p=33and
tried via Root explorer application also
but none of them working

i also tried following commands as superuser:
chmod 777 /system/fonts/
chmod a+rw /system/fonts/
all of those ended in same error!
so i can't enable other language support in Youwave android and can't read text/website written in those languages (showing some boxes only).
what can i do now? how can i make that /system folder read-write enable? any kind of help?
Regards.
