Error message while booting YouWave-Android

When I call Youwave (V1.0.1) on my PC (Windows XP SP2, Pentium4, 2.66GHz, 1.00GB of RAM), I get the following error message in the (still black) Android window "IO APIC resources could be not allocated". The boot process goes on, but finally the mouse cursor in the Android section of the Youwave window is very slow.
 
1) What does this error message mean & what can be done to avoid it?
2) Does the cause for this message finally also causes the slowed down mouse cursor?

Question #1: This error message is harmless and will be removed in our future upgrades.

#2: The error message is not related to the slowing down of mouse cursor.

Is the mouse cursor only thing that is slow, or your app playing in general also slows down?

Your machine's CPU is Pentium4. It has an old architecture with some bottlenecks. So even the clock is 2.66GHz, it may still be slow.  Using YouWave, can you still run some apps with acceptable performance?

FYI, in today's latest version 1.0.2, this harmless error message is removed.
