The full error message is "Android OS not ready. Please wait a seconds before retrying."
I'm on an ASUS netbook (that _does_ meet the minimum requirements) running Win7 Starter, 1.00 GB Ram, 1.66 MHZ processor.
Now, it's my kid's netbook, and I'm trying to get it to run Angry Birds (so I can have my Android phone back). I have an administrator account, which I used to install YouWave, and which seems to mostly work. When I log into my kid's account, YouWave will start, and display the apps that I expect (which I've copied into her YouWave/android apps directory. However, the right pane does not redraw itself and display the green android robot like it does when I log in as administrator. Also, when I double-click an app, I get the above error message. I believe the permissions on her directories are correct; the logfile gets updated every time I launch it.
Last time, Windows said it was not responding, but was able to close it. At that point the log file's contents consisted of:
"Apps directory is C:\Users\<kid's acct name>\youwave\android apps\
app_filename: e6f2ac94-5b7e-102e-be19-6ec07c99d928.apk, act_name: ru.aeradeve.games.clumpsbubbles/ru.aeradeve.games.clumpsbubbles.activities.LoadingActivity"
