Two days ago my youwave application left to work! So, I tried to install again, but now my activation key has expired, I have send a email to info@youwave.com to get a new one. When do they send me the new key?

Do you Know why the whatsup now doesn´t work?Huh (process.whatsup error or something similar!!!!!)

My customer id is YKNZBMPQ.
