What I have learned from releasing YouWave

1. Assumptions made by developers about user behavior are often wrong. We should be always on a path of validating and correcting.

2. In a new market, gaining potential users’ interests is much more important than acquiring so called “market share”.

3. It is a long journey. Good software takes ten years.

    Hi there!
How is the development of the next version is going? When do you plan to release YouWave 2.0? I am looking forward to it.

It is in testing phase. We want to be more thought-through this time. And we want to satisfy users’ requests and at the same time, avoid feature creep. If everything goes well, it should be ready in a month or so.
