Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

On December 9, we released Home Version 4.0.0 which is an Android ICS version. We decided to add this as a separate product.
In this release, data sharing between Android and PC is supported!
It has been a long way. Thank you for all your support.
In your Gallery, you will see pictures in your C:\users\Public directory. You can copy your pictures to that directory and send them out through sharing apps such as WhatsApp.
To copy out the pictures and videos that other people sent to you, use the “Open Manager” app, explore to /sdcard/whatsapps and your files are in one of the sub-directories. Copy a file and paste it in /sdcard/c directory. The file will be actually copied to your C:\users\Public in your hard drive.
To copy a file in “Open Manager”, long click the file, then click “copy” at the top. To paste a file into /sdcard/c, go to /sdcard/ then long click “c” directory, then click the “…” at the upper right corner, choose “paste”. Now you have copied the file to your C:\users\Public directory.
To open “Open Manager”, follow these steps:
Click the middle (app) button on your home screen.
Flick (Drag) the screen to the left with your mouse (just like you would do on a touchscreen with your finger).
“Open Manager” is here
To offload the download traffic on our site, yesterday we tentatively loaded YouWave software to Dropbox and hoped Dropbox’s massive servers can easily handle our traffic.
We have released our new version 2.2.0. It has to support for several international keyboard layouts. Namely, they are:
American, Arabic(testing), Finnish, French ,German,Ireland,Japanese,Russian,Spanish(Latin America),Swedish,UK.
The Arabic keyboard layout is still under test. None of us here reads Arabic, so we need your comments.
By default, the layout is American English. To change the keyboard layout, following these steps:
1. Settings -> Language & keyboard -> Keyboard layout setting -> Select one.
2. Click “Back” a few times to return to Home
3. Close YouWave by shutting down Android.
4. Restart YouWave. Now you should have a new keyboard layout.
This is a new feature so we welcome your feedback.
a) Able to auto-detect your physical keyboard layout and set it automatically.
b) Eliminate the need to shutdown and restart YouWave.
b) Support more varieties.
A side topic but interesting observation. On the SOPA issue, Hollywood has forgotten its root.
“Many independent filmmakers, who controlled from one-quarter to one-third of the domestic marketplace, responded to the creation of the MPPC by moving their operations to Hollywood, whose distance from Edison’s home base of New Jersey made it more difficult for the MPPC to enforce its patents.”
“Historians of early film have pointed out that each of these innovations originated within the ranks of the Patents Company. However the unwillingness of the Trust to adapt to the changes cleared the way for the rise of the Hollywood studio system while the Edison monopoly perished.”
Version 2.1.2 has been released with a new Always-On-Top feature. Users who want to run YouWave on the side with other windows and want YouWave window to be always visible can now try it out.
The feature was suggested by our forum member reconx86 (http://youwave.com/forum/index.php?topic=1895.0), who created the “How to install WHATSAPP on PC” YouTube video.
YouTube user xNAILEDxITx post this great video. Thank you xNAILEDxITx.
We are pleased to announce that Softpedia has given YouWave “100% CLEAN award”.
YouWave’s downloads and usage continuously reach new high records. Especially during the last few weeks, we have seen healthy growth driven by users’ organic demands. Our users like our product for its easy to install and run apps on all Windows versions. We will keep on improving and releasing more advanced features.
We, people at YouWave, are saddened by the passing of Steve Jobs. It is only because of inspirations from great entrepreneurs that this company, YouWave, exists today.
